Joget Workflow Student Developer Program

NOTE: This program is only OPEN to Students of Telkom Polytechnic, Bandung, Indonesia.

HOW TO ENTER

By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by the Contest Rules stated below.

To get started, download this file from our web site:

Depending on your personal preference, you may choose to download either the Windows Installer or the Linux Bundle.

  • We cannot accept entries that require commercial software or other software that are not provided as open source or under GPL.
  • All entries must be in English
  • You must submit your Joget Workflow application online at – Stay Tuned.
  • Keep copies for your records. Open Dynamics assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or for failed computer transmissions or technical failures.

JOGET WORKFLOW COMMUNITY

JUDGING

A panel of Open Dynamics and Telkom Polytechnic judges will select three winners based on the following criteria:

  • Idea
  • Usability
  • Utility – Usefulness
  • Process Design
  • Efficiency

Judges’ decision is final.

CONTEST RULES

  • To join the Joget Workflow Student Developer Contest (the “Contest”), the participant (the “Student”) must be at least 18 years old.
  • The Contest is between individual students from Telkom Polytechnic, Bandung, Indonesia.
  • The Student must download Joget Workflow V3.0 from http://www.joget.org/download.
  • The Student must have a registered account with http://community.joget.org.
  • The Student must agree to the license terms that come with the downloaded software and repository files.
  • The Student must agree to grant Open Dynamics a worldwide, perpetual, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to make, sell or use the technology related thereto, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, techniques, concepts, etc., associated with the entry.
  • Contest winners must agree to grant Open Dynamics the right to publicize their names and work descriptions. Apart from prizes awarded to contest winners, it is agreed that Open Dynamics shall not be bound to compensate Contest winners in any manner for publicity rendered.
  • The Student shall indemnify, defend, and hold Open Dynamics and Telkom Polytechnic harmless from any third party claims arising from or related to the Student’s participation in the Contest.
  • In no event shall Open Dynamics and Telkom Polytechnic be liable to the Student for acts or omissions arising from or related to the Contest or to the Student’s participation in the Contest.
  • Open Dynamics and Telkom Polytechnic will not assume any responsibility for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or for failed computer transmissions or technical failures.
  • Open Dynamics and Telkom Polytechnic reserve the right to make changes to the rules and mechanics of this contest as they deem fit.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Deadline for Registration (online) – on or before 23rd September 2011.
  • Joget Workflow V3.0 Workshop – 3rd and 4th October 2011, Telkom Polytechnic campus (exact location to be announced).
  • Deadline for Submission of Joget Workflow Applications – on or before 30th November 2011.
  • Announcement of winners and prize-giving – 21st December 2011.
